UV LIGHT-CURING UNIT FOR COMPOSITES
Photopol PRO is a multi-purpose light-curing furnace which best suits with most composites sensitive to UV light.
Three extremely powerful circuits à 8 LED UV at different frequency assure the overall radiation.
The distinctive feature of each individual LED is a specific collimation lens focusing the light (therefore the emitted power) in a very restricted angle of incidence.
Both the working chamber and the horizontal plane are coated with highly reflecting material assuring a mirror effect with no dispersion of ultraviolet rays.
The support plate is steadily rotating and it has been conveniently assembled on a sliding drawer allowing to position and to pick up easily the elements to be treated.

ALL-IN-ONE BLASTING CENTERS
Complete ALL-IN-ONE blasting center
BASE 3 is a sandblasting unit designed for devesting and finishing. Fitted with a powerful devesting recycle projector, a tank for aggressive corundum for the removal of investments, and two disposable microblasting modules for aluminum oxide powder or glass-microbeads.
The standard configuration is a ready to use unit, best-suited to meet your basic needs and it is fitted with the new LED white lighting system.
DENTALFARM has developed the so-called W.A.FI.S. (WATER AIR FILTERING SYSTEM), a patented solution which eliminates airborne dust thanks to the combined action of water and air pressure, in compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. The WAFIS system can be easily connected on the top left side of the machine and starts automatically when the sandblaster switches on.
DENTALFARM ranges also include PRO-3 and PRO-3 Shake suction units, which can be easily connected to any sandblasting machine.
Features
The main features of the machine are: the ergonomic layout of the working chamber, the safety of use, and the trouble-free structure of the mechanical installation. BASE 3 is equipped with useful accessories and ensures a fast, practical and accurate work. The unit consists of a devesting projector and of 2 EASY tanks, featuring a pressure discharge system and an instant stop of the blasting jet.
The unit can thus operate with three different abrasive media.
Precautions
The sandblasting process originates toxic dust which must not be inhaled; for this reason,
it is absolutely forbidden to operate the machine if a proper suction system has not
been previously connected to the sandblaster.

| | Dentalfarm Polishing Unit Shining Box
SHINING BOX is a complete cabinet developed for grinding and polishing operations under full safety conditions on metals and other materials currently used in the dental field.
The hood has been designed and constructed with the aim to protect the User against any projection of fluids and dust particles and to extract and filter the residues.
Configuration of the polishing unit provides for dual speed settings: at low-medium speed (1.400 rpm) when removing particles on metals without overheating in excess the surfaces and medium-high speed (2.800 rpm) for excellent polishing effect.
The conic tips can accomodate abrasive wheels, brushes and fabric discs.
The highest safety during operation is assured by the adoption of an electromagnetic switch which prevents the unit from starting up accidentally after a voltage drop or lack of current.
In addition we recommend to wear specific individual safety protection devices as goggles, gloves and mask to preserve your eyes from any slag rebounds, your hands from touching accidentally the parts in motion and your respiratory tract from inhaling dust particles.
